3. Approve Deputy Mayor to sign a Municipal Site Control Certification form from DASNY as a requirement for CREST Grant from Senator Ryan’s office

5. Approve Deputy Mayor to sign contract for preapproved Street Sweeper Rental for DPW to use this season
6. Approve Deputy Superintendent Gil Stevens attendance of the 2026 Highway School in Ithaca (June 1-3, 2026)
7. Approve the Rehire of Gary Wilmer as a Part Time Laborer for the Summer in the DPW
