Our community yoga sessions are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, our classes offer something for everyone. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and part of a supportive community.
Classes are held in 12 weeks sessions throughout the year on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30.
