Bicycle Safety

The North Syracuse Police Department will be on the lookout for youths wearing a helmet while riding their bicycles. In an attempt to promote bike safety, youngsters  seen wearing a helmet will be issued a ticket good for a free ice cream cone at Plank Road Ice Cream. This program was made possible through a generous donation made by the owners of Plank Road Ice Cream.
