LouAnn St. Germain
Term: July 2021 – June 2025
LouAnn has lived in the Village for 28 yrs.; is married and has a son, Jeffrey. She currently works for the Baldwinsville Police Dept. as a Communications Officer; and previously worked for the North Syr. Police Dept., part-time, in this same capacity. She wants to focus on maintaining and improving the Village’s high quality Police Dept., Fire Dept., Dept. of Public Works, and the Parks while welcoming new businesses to join with our existing new ones to increase our tax base. She will look for sources to fund repairing and repaving our Village streets to help keep our Village beautified as we open our arms to welcome new families to our neighborhoods and continue to honor and value our seniors who represent the strength of our Village’s past, “yesterday’s road to the future!” She is a true animal advocate and wants to be a channel of communications to speak with those who can and for those who can’t!” She considers it a privilege to serve the residents of this extraordinary community she is proud to call home!

John Bolton – Trustee
Term: July 2023 – June 2027
John along with his wife, Christine Blaisdell Bolton have been residents of the Village of North Syracuse for 23 years; all of which has been spent living on Coolidge Road. John retired from The Home Depot in 2021 after 20 years as a District Merchandizing Manager covering stores in central and upstate New York. In John’s spare time he enjoys working outdoors maintaining his yard with beautiful flowers and shrubs. The Bolton’s have a love for birds and like watching them enjoy the numerous feeders they have. John has 5 children and 14 grandchildren that help to keep him active and on the go. He enjoys traveling to New England and having the best seafood available. This is his opinion of course. As election season approached, John decided it was time to take the next step in helping to make a difference by running for Village Trustee.
A message from John:
I will listen to the community that I represent. I hope you will appreciate my responsiveness and attention to your concerns while working to keep our village viable and maintaining clarity when helping our residents. I’m available and more importantly responsive to the people I represent. I will thoroughly learn and understand the thoughts and concerns of the residents. We must utilize open, authentic communication with the other members of the Village board, department heads and the mayor to help ensure that each resident can have their voice heard.

Fred Wilmer – Trustee
Term: July 2025 – June 2029
I have been a resident of North Syracuse all of his life. I graduated from North Syracuse High School in 1974. I have been a homeowner of the Village of North Syracuse since 1984. I have been married to my wife, Crystal, for 37 years. Our pets are our children. I retired from the Village’s Department of Public Works in 2015, after serving 32 years. After my retirement, I worked on the Complete Streets committee. I was appointed to the sign committee and I sat on the planning commission. It is my passion to continue servicing the North Syracuse Community while I am retired and have time to invest in the wants and needs of the people of this community. Fred is focusing on Property Taxes, Public Works, development and redevelopment of vacant properties and keeping the Village as viable form of government.
