The following agenda is for the North Syracuse Board of Trustees meeting for Thursday, October 26th, 2023 to be held at 4:30 p.m. at the North Syracuse Comm. Ctr. The Mayor and Board of Trustees meet to discuss the business of the Village on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.  Room is limited to 65 people. Any departure from the schedule will be noted on the home page of our website.  The meeting will be live streamed on the Village’s Facebook page.

d.  Rescind the Resolution regarding Smoke Shops:  Meeting of 10/12/23
e.  Discuss New Legislation regarding the regulations pertaining to Smoke Shops in Village (Set a Public Hearing – will be Local Law #5)
f.   Discuss Local Law #1 of 2022 – Amend 240-11 (remove Item B4), 240-12 (remove B9), 240-13 (remove B7) regarding Special Permit in Zoning districts C-1, C-2 and C-3.
g.  Discuss/Review Change Order #1 for Comm. Ctr. Pavilion Project
