The following agenda is for the North Syracuse Board of Trustees meeting for Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 to be held at 4:30 p.m. at the North Syracuse Village Hall Conf. Room. The Mayor and Board of Trustees meet to discuss the business of the Village on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.  Room is limited to 88 people. a.   Discuss/Review Billboard Recruitment Second Run to be reimbursed by the SAFER/FEMA Grant
b.   Discuss/Review Zulty’s Cloud Services – Fire Dept. monthly svc. ACH Wire – transition from Windstream – Station 1 only.  Station 2 remains with Windstream
temporarily.
c.   Discuss/Review purchase of the new Zulty’s Phone System for Station 1 – Pay up front or amortize over 2, 3, 4 years.
d.   Designation that December 26th is Dorothy Shad Day – Proclamation presented with her family on January 13th, 2022 – 6:30 PM Meeting
e.   Appoint a District Chief as of  January 1st, 2022 for the Fire Dept.
f.    Discuss/Approve Travel for J. Pannell to Jacksonville, Fl. for Drug Recognition Expert Training – at no cost to the Village
