PUBLIC HEARING #2 @ 6:29 PM:  This Public Hearing is being held by the Board of Trustees in the Village of North Syracuse to consider the adoption of Local Law #2 regarding Food Truck Vendors and will hear all persons in support of such matters or objections thereto.
