The Village Beat

The North Syracuse Police Department’s “Village Beat” program is designed to provide the residents of the Village of North Syracuse with information about criminal activity in their neighborhoods, as well as tips to keep them safe. It also provides residents with an opportunity to easily communicate with the Village Police Department.

If you would like to know about crime in your neighborhood, or receive a periodic list of those arrested, you can subscribe to The North Syracuse Police Department’s “Village Beat” by filling out the form below:

*This service is available to Village of North Syracuse residents only.

When you sign up for the “Village Beat,” you will receive periodic e-mails listing crimes, arrests, and safety tips for our community.  The Village Police offer many services to our residents, some which you may be unaware of.  Did you know that we offer house checks when you’re on vacation, or that we issue handicap permits, or that we inspect your child’s car seat to ensure that it is properly installed?  These are just a few of the many services offered to our residents, while still patrolling the streets, and answering emergency calls to keep our Village as safe as possible.

To report an incident or concern to the “Village Beat” administrator via email, fill out the form below and describe the incident or concern in as much detail as possible.  By working together, we can make our village a safer place to live and raise our families.

NOTE: FOR ANY EMERGENCY DIAL 911 – This service IS NOT for emergency situations.  Always call 911 for emergencies.

We look forward to hearing from you!
