House numbers: New York State building code requires residents to provide emergency vehicles with house numbers that are at least 4 inches in height on the front of every residence. Numbers shall contrast their background.

Junked or Abandoned Vehicles: Any motor vehicles that are unregistered, missing components, or are in a physical condition that renders the vehicle inoperable.

The owner of the property will be sent a notice that they are in violation and be given 10 days to remove the vehicle. If the vehicle is then still in violation, the owner of the property will be issued an appearance ticket for justice court, fined, and the vehicle will be removed at the owner’s expense.
