North Syracuse Police arrest burglary suspect who stole rifle

The Village of North Syracuse Police Department announced today that they have arrested one person in connection with a burglary which occurred in November of 2012. 

Police indicate that sometime during the evening of November 20th, 2012 Charles R. Bliss broke out the glass front door of the Smoke and Swap store, located at 615 South Main Street in the Village of North Syracuse, entered the unoccupied business and stole an Armalite AR10 308 caliber rifle.  The arrest was made on Friday 01/04/13 following a five week investigation.  The weapon was recovered and is in Police custody.
